Cancellation and Refund Policy
At Bajrang Jyotish, we are committed to providing high-quality spiritual and astrological services. Please read our Cancellation and Refund Policy carefully before booking any services.
1. Appointment Cancellation Policy
- Clients may cancel a scheduled appointment at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fee.

- If cancellation is made within 24 hours of the appointment, no refund will be issued.
2. Refund Policy
- All services are non-refundable once the session has been conducted or the report has been delivered.
- Refunds may be considered only if:
- A technical error occurs during payment and is proven.
- A double payment is made.
- The astrologer is unavailable and rescheduling is not possible.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days if approved.
3. No Show Policy
- If a client fails to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice, it will be considered a "No Show," and no refund will be provided.
4. Service Delivery Delays
- If for any reason a paid service/report is delayed beyond the communicated delivery time, clients will be informed via email or phone.
- Clients may request a refund only if the delay exceeds 7 business days and the service has not yet been rendered.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please provide:
- Your full name
- Contact details
- Date and time of the appointment
- Reason for refund request
- Payment transaction ID (if available)
